The paper takes China-Chile Free Trade Zone as an example to explore how China can build a highquality free trade zone with foreign countries under the regular epidemic prevention and control, and achieve winwin cooperation. Based on the quantitative description of China-Chile Free Trade Zone, the trade complementary index is used to find that China-Chile bilateral products are highly complementary, and China mainly exports products with low added value to Chile. The epidemic has a great impact on the complementarity of Chinese exports. The synthetic control method is also adopted to prove that the construction of free trade zone has indeed driven the growth of China-Chile trade flow, affirming that the establishment of free trade zone has a positive effect on the sustainable development of China's foreign trade. Finally, according to the research results, some suggestions are put forward for the development of China爷s foreign free trade zone under regular epidemic prevention and control.

The Zhongzong Dynasty first began to regard Wang Bo, Yang Jiong, Lu Zhaolin and Luo Binwang as a literary group, and called them "four outstanding men" or "four talented men". Although people including the four outstanding men discussed the issue of ranking, those discussions were scattered and inconclusive. Since the Song Dynasty, "Wang Yang" and "Lu Luo" frequently appeared as pairs. Later, maybe because of the pronunciation habit of "flat front and narrow back", they were identified as "Wang Yang Lu Luo". Influenced by Zhang Shuo and Liu Su's "Pei Xingjian's comments on the four outstanding men", there were many cases in Tang and Song Dynasties where the official selection criteria of "valuing morality but belittling literature and art" was used to belittle the "four outstanding men". Du Fu was the first to rectify the fame of the "four outstanding men" from the standpoint of poetry criticism, and regarded them as a key link in the development of literature in the Tang Dynasty. With the deepening of the people's understanding of the development stage of poetry and prose, Wang, Yang, Lu and Luo's literary ideas and writing practice of inheriting Qi and Liang traditions and ushering in Tang literature got recognition. Finally, the four talents became the representatives, side by side with Shen, Song and Chen Zi'ang, of the literary circle of the early Tang Dynasty.

From the perspective of the changes and development of spatial attributes, we study the background of spatial attributes formation and the theoretical basis for the attribute changes since the establishment of Liulaowei.By reading relevant literature and conducting in-depth fieldwork, we will illustrate the five spatial attributes of the pueblo, including defense exercises, the generals忆 residence, the landlords忆 residence, public assets, and cultural and tourism places. It is concluded that the spatial attributes of the pueblo have changed with the social background and environment, and with the property rights of the building space. The development of the times has contributed to the diversification of the pueblo space attributes.

The discourse of "labor" is hidden in the critique of modernity by Arendt and Marcuse, two political philosophers. Arendt denied labor and criticized labor for intruding into public space, resulting in the disappearance of human publicness and political life; Marcuse combined eros with labor, criticized the alienation of labor caused by technical rationality and operating principles, and proposed that the liberation of labor is the liberation of eros.The two explained respectively the horrible image of western totalitarianism turning people into "naked life" and the gentle side of controlling people with material comforts. In the crisis of political modernity, people need both Arendt's judgment and action as well as Marcuse's eros and emotion.

This paper analyzes the impact of digital economy on the integration of traditional cultural industry and tourism in Chaohu Lake area from 2012 to 2019 based on coupling coordination degree model, and introduces social network analysis method to explore the moderating effect of economic network centrality. The results show that the integration degree of traditional cultural industry and tourism is increasing in recent years; Hefei enjoys the best performance, followed by Chaohu city, Feidong county, Changfeng county, Feixi county and Lujiang county. The development of digital economy significantly promotes the integration of traditional cultural industries and tourism; the digital economy network, tourism economy network and traditional culture economy network all present "core-edge" structure, but the density is low. The Hefei municipal district is in the core position in the three networks. The centrality of the three networks positively regulates the impact of digital economy on the integration of traditional cultural industry and tourism. Finally, policy suggestions are put forward on promoting the development of digital economy, strengthening the penetration of digital technology in traditional cultural industry and tourism, and strengthening the economic ties between regions.

In the Han Dynasty, LuJiang prefecture belonged to Yangzhou, and had superior military strategic value.But because its location was relatively far away from the political center, the position of Lujiang prefecture was not outstanding in the whole political system during the Western Han Dynasty. Since the end of the Western Han Dynasty, with the change of social political situation, the military function of Lujiang prefecture began to be gradually highlighted. The selection and political activities of the prefects, the highest administrator of Lujiang prefecture, also showed different characteristics in different social periods. This paper probes into the close
relationship between the selection, relocation and political activities of the prefects, and the whole social political situation through the investigation of the prefects of Lujiang prefecture in Han Dynasty, which enriches the study of the history of bureaucracy and politics in Han Dynasty.

Based on the inter provincial panel data from 2013 to 2019, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of rural e-commerce development on the consumption expansion and upgrading of rural residents and the regional differences of this impact, and explores the role of rural residents' income level in rural e-commerce promoting the consumption expansion and upgrading of rural residents through the intermediary effect model. It is found that the development of rural e-commerce can significantly promote the consumption expansion and upgrading of rural residents; The influence of rural e-commerce development on rural residents' consumption expansion shows the trend of decrease from Central, to East, and to West China, while the influence of rural e-commerce development on rural residents' consumption upgrading shows the trend of decrease from West, to Central, and to East China. The income level of rural residents has some intermediary effects in the promotion of rural residents' consumption expansion and upgrading by rural e-commerce; the intermediary effect of rural residents' income in the promotion of rural residents' consumption expansion by rural e-commerce accounts for 35.953%, and the intermediary effect in the promotion of rural residents' consumption upgrading by rural e-commerce accounts for 28.527%.

Using the development of digital economy to upgrade industry has become a key task when Anhui province is in an important stage to integrate into the Yangtze River Delta. This paper, taking Anhui province as the research object, constructs the digital economy development and industrial upgrading index system, measures the comprehensive value of the two based on the entropy weight method, and uses panel threshold regression model to study the effects of digital economy development in the whole Anhui province, southern Anhui, middle Anhui and northern Anhui on industrial upgrading from 2012 to 2019. The results show that, on the whole, both the development level of digital economy and the level of industrial upgrading are on the rise, but the regional differences are significant. Specifically, Hefei is the highest among the cities, and southern Anhui is the highest in digital economy level. The development of digital economy can significantly promote industrial upgrading, and this promoting effect has stages. Specifically, the higher the development level of digital economy, the stronger the promoting effect on industrial upgrading; but if there exist big differences between regions, the promoting effect will be reduced.

With the advent of the longevity era for the elderly, elderly care communities that meet the needs for high-quality care are being explored in practice. Promoting the sustainable development of such communities is a practical issue. Through literature research and case study, using organizational ecology theory, it is found that H retirement community, as a practitioner of high-quality elderly care community, adopts cross-industry integrated investment construction and precise services based on individual needs in its investment operation mode. Its service system includes a high-standard service function system consisting of life care, medical care, spiritual comfort, culture and entertainment; a high-configuration service environment system built by elderly service facilities and a cultural community environment; a high-efficiency service support system built by professional nursing staff, improved property management and intelligent technology. They have brought the benchmark effect for high-quality old-age community investment construction and service operation. In view of the challenges of policy change, long payback period and insufficient demand, this paper puts forward some countermeasures.

In order to explore whether new infrastructure can promote the construction of a leading province in trade, this paper uses panel data of 16 cities in Anhui province from 2012 to 2019 to analyze the impact of new infrastructure on the construction of a leading province in trade with the help of spatial econometric model and threshold model. The empirical results of the spatial econometric model show that new infrastructure can promote the construction of Anhui province as a leading province in trade by attracting foreign investment and promoting technology spillover. If the level of new infrastructure increases by 1%, the complexity of export technology and trade scale will increase by 0.030% and 0.230% on average respectively. The empirical results of the threshold model show that the impact of new infrastructure on the construction of strong trading province in Anhui province has a certain degree of diminishing marginal returns. The findings of this paper have reference significance for Anhui province to promote the construction of a leading province in trade.

Compulsory indecency is a typical situational crime, and the five major strategies of situational crime prevention can be applied in theory to the prevention of compulsory indecency. The 1,508 evidence-based samples show that: About criminal subjects, the crime rate of male is much higher than that of female; the subjects to be young, with low education level; most of them are unemployed or work in agricultural or labor sector; as for the victims, there is the trend towards the underage victims; in terms of crime time and space, the central and eastern regions in China, especially the coastal developed provinces and the provinces with high population density in the central region, have a high crime risk; the crime rate is relatively high from 19:00 to 5:00 in late spring and early summer, and the crime places are concentrated in relatively closed residential places, entertainment places and
empty streets. Under the guidance of evidence-based crime prevention method, based on the theory of situational crime prevention, this paper puts forward several crime prevention measures to reduce the occurrence of compulsory indecency, such as increasing the obstacles to indecency, reducing the stimulation of indecency, improving the risk of indecency, reducing the benefit of indecency and eliminating the excuses for indecency.

The traditional Chinese philosophy contains rich educational value. It contains the value pursuit of energetic and vigorous self-improvement, the dialectical thinking mode of harmony without uniformity, the attitude of life of pragmatism and pursuing transcendence, and the humanistic feelings of stressing ethics and promoting rationality. It is of great significance to promote contemporary college students to cultivate noble personality, firm cultural confidence, and finally grow up to be worthy of the important responsibilities of the new era. Focusing on the limitations of traditional philosophical wisdom, it is necessary to guide college students to correctly analyze and treat traditional philosophical wisdom by using Marxist scientific world outlook and methodology, so that the traditional philosophical wisdom can play a better role in educating students in their study and practice.

From the perspective of feminist criticism and Foucault's theory of discourse, this paper makes a longitudinal comparison of Gretel's personality changes and a horizontal analysis of the development of her personality in the interpersonal network, which can reveal the multiple aspects of the patriarchal order in Kafka's works—the birth of a more "rational and hidden" power order in the extinction of the "irrational and absurd" traditional patriarchal order.

Jianzhong incident had a great psychological impact on Wei Yingwu, which was reflected in his poems that were obviously different from those written in Chuzhou in the same period. In 1927, the central government of Nanjing launched a land consolidation movement throughout the country. At the same time, driven by various purposes such as responding to the central policy, developing wasteland, adjusting land ownership structure and increasing taxes, Anhui provincial government has carried out land consolidation throughout the province. After 1927, Anhui provincial government established land bureau and land consolidation preparatory office to take charge of land consolidation. In 1932, the land consolidation preparatory office of Anhui Province decided to carry out the pilot work of land consolidation in Baduhu, Dongliu County （now Baduhu Village, Dongzhi County）, and began the pilot work of measuring Baduhu land. After the measurement, the land registration was carried out and the local land data were obtained. From the Baduhu case, we can see that there were many problems in the land consolidation work in Anhui Province, including unreasonable plan, insufficient funds and no close contact with local forces. Baduhu land consolidation pilot work is an important entry point for the study of land consolidation in Anhui Province in the Republic of China.

Shanghai Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine was an important academic and professional Chinese medicine association during the period of the Republic of China. Against the background of fierce competition between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, the Chinese medicine circles in Shanghai established their own professional association in order to compete for discourse power and gain equal status. Since its establishment, Shanghai Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine has spared no effort to publicize the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, train talents of traditional Chinese medicine, and advocate Chinese medicine, and has made irreplaceable contributions to the development of Chinese medicine in Shanghai.

Under the background of "Going-out" strategy of Chinese culture, Lu Opera, as an important part of "Luzhou Culture", can’t truly go abroad without the research on its translation and introduction. Through field survey, it is found that the current translation and introduction of Lu Opera is faced with some problems, such as inadequate literature, insufficient translation practice, and limited promotion channels. On this basis, starting from the poly-system theory, the author suggests that in the translation and introduction of Lu Opera, we should choose the theme that fits the ideology and values of overseas audiences, adopt the translation and introduction strategy suitable for Lu Opera, and give full play to the promotion role of well-known publishers and new media, so as to promote the acceptance of Lu Opera overseas. It is concluded that the poly-system theory provides a feasible method for the translation and overseas promotion of Lu Opera.

Media affects all aspects of life. In a broad sense, medium not only refers to the intermediary connecting people and all things, but is also the symbolic carrier of creation and appreciation in art. Each art medium has its own unique artistic connotation that cannot be replaced by other media, and cross-media in art is to break through its own media boundaries and pursue the aesthetic effect expressed by heterogeneous media. In the context of cross-media art theory and practice, it is necessary to re-examine traditional art theories from a new cross-media perspective. Taking the word medium belonging to time art and the image medium belonging to space art as the starting point, this paper discusses the media specificity and cross-media quality in different art forms, and provides new methods and ideas for the research of art theory and the appreciation of works.

The effective cultivation effect of college students' spirit of rule of law is conducive to promoting the process of comprehensive rule of law. Comprehensively promoting the rule of law and the cultivation of college students' spirit of rule of law complement each other. Against the background of ruling the country by law comprehensively, cultivating college students' spirit of rule of law needs to take systems theory and synergy theory as the theoretical basis, and build a government under the rule of law to provide a practical model for it. In the process of cultivating college students' spirit of rule of law, the cultivation subjects are diverse, but there is a lack of integrity and synergy among the diverse subjects. Regarding how to enhance the synergy of the cultivation subjects, this paper takes the synergy theory as the research perspective and puts forward the establishment of collaborative policies for the cultivation of college students' spirit of rule of law from the perspective of multiple subjects, so as to improve the synergy and linkage of cultivation, and enhance the effect of the cultivation of college students' spirit of rule of law.

Yuexi county is located in the southeast of the Dabie Mountains, and it忆s under the jurisdiction of Anqing. The Huaiyue Gan Dialect is widely used in this county. In Yuexi Dialect, there is a category of words, such as xie （some）, gen（behind）, ban（half）, bianxia/bianshang（about）, and wangli（inward）. They can be placed behind temporal nouns, to change their semantic values and attach optional negative emotions, like xu（about）, qianhou（before or behind） and zuoyou（or so） in Mandarin Chinese, which are called marks of fuzzy time concept in this paper. Based on verified dialectal example sentences, grammatical and semantic features of such marks of fuzzy time concept in Yuexi Dialect were described, classified and then compared with similar vocabulary in Mandarin Chinese. From the perspective of origin, it can be seen that such marks of fuzzy time concept are all derived from functionalized verbs or abstraction from spatial fuzziness or from quantity approximation. Moreover, they are more or less grammaticalized. From a typological perspective, it may be universal in human language to denote fuzzy time with numerical approximations, spatial fuzziness and functionalized verbs, so the study can be furthered in the future.

At present, the overall situation of the cultivation of children's physical literacy in China is not optimistic. The academic community has not formed a unified understanding of the connotation of physical literacy, and mainly focuses on school sports. The research on the impact of family environment, especially parents, on children's physical literacy is fragmented, and the relevant research needs to be strengthened. In view of this, this paper discusses the connotation and constituent elements of physical literacy through literature research, and puts forward the research hypothesis of family intergenerational transmission of children's physical literacy: Physical literacy has intergenerational transmission effect; Family upbringing, parent-child relationship and economic conditions affect the effectiveness of intergenerational transmission. Through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, it is found that physical literacy has a significant family intergenerational transmission effect; family upbringing style, parent-child relationship and family economic conditions affect the effectiveness of intergenerational transmission of physical literacy; Among the three factors, family upbringing style and parent-child relationship have a significant positive impact, while family economic conditions have no significant impact; parents' support for their children's sports participation has a destructive impact on the intergenerational transmission of physical literacy.

The national fitness plan and the ideological and political construction of physical education courses in colleges and universities have the same goal of educating people, which is promoting people忆s health and their allround development. This article studies the value combination of national fitness and ideological and political education in college PE courses by the methods of literature review and logical analysis, analyzes the value orientation of ideological and political education in college PE courses from the perspective of national fitness, and discusses the problems including lack of mass foundation, absence of a double-promotion synergy mechanism, and the idea of lifelong sports has not yet been popularized. Combined with the value attribution and outstanding problems found in the research, it is suggested that the ideological and political construction of college PE courses should be carried out from the aspects of socializing the ideological and political system of college PE courses, establishing the coordination mechanism between college physical education and national fitness, and extending the concept of college physical education from "health first" to "lifelong sports".

The purpose of this study was to look into the relationship between lifestyle, duty-free shop selective attributes, satisfaction, and revisit intention. The relationship between the four variables was investigated with lifestyle as the independent variable, duty-free shop selective attributes as the mediating variable, and satisfaction and revisit intention as the dependent variables, using the literature method to establish an assessment scale of lifestyle, duty-free shop selective attributes, satisfaction, and revisit intention. The survey was done on Chinese tourists visiting duty-free shops on Jeju Island, Korea, with 347 questionnaires gathered, 326 of which were valid. The study found that some lifestyle factors have a significant positive effect on duty-free shop selective attributes; duty-free shop selective attributes have a significant effect on satisfaction and revisit intention; and duty-free shop selective attributes have a partial mediating effect in the influence of lifestyle on satisfaction and revisit intention, according to PLS analysis.

This paper, therefore, would use polyphonic theory to analyze large-scale dialogue and micro dialogue in A Lesson Before Dying, discussing the marginality behind the dialogues and disclosing author's positive attitudes to the marginality.

Narcissistic personality is an important factor that affects employees' job performance. Analyzing the relationship between narcissism and job performance has a profound impact on the recruitment, selection, assessment, and promotion in the organization. Through combing and summarizing relevant literature, this paper constructs the conceptual framework of narcissism忆s influence on job performance, and analyzes the occurrence path of narcissistic personality's influence on job performance. It is found that narcissism has a more prominent negative impact on job performance, but it will also play a positive role in certain situations. The psychological process and characteristics of narcissists, and specific situations are the main factors affecting the relationship between them. Based on the research conclusion, narcissism and the mechanism of narcissism' s influence are of great help to effective intervention by the management, and it is necessary to continue the research in this field in the future.

The teaching content of specialty courses is the carrier of talent training objectives, and the theoretical teaching and practical teaching of specialty courses should have the teaching design suitable for the specialty. Therefore, the canvas of teaching knowledge points, principle simulation and incremental development are put forward to realize the establishment of teaching content, theoretical teaching design and practical teaching design for specialty courses. Firstly, canvas is used as a tool to establish the teaching content for specialty courses and their prerequisite courses; the teaching content fully reflects the objectives of talent training; specialty courses have all the knowledge foundation acquired by prerequisite courses, which fundamentally guarantees the teaching achievement and realizes the goal orientation of engineering education. Secondly, the grouping task in theoretical teaching simulates the working principle of the IoT （Internet of Things）subsystem corresponding to each specialized course. The simulation process promotes the internalization of knowledge, and the simulation effect presents teaching problems in a comprehensive way, which makes the continuous improvement of engineering education more targeted. Finally, the practical teaching decomposes verification-type projects, and gradually develops the IoT subsystem corresponding to each specialty course from the core to the outer layer, which reduces the difficulty caused by non-technical factors, guides students to deeply participate in the practice project, and highlights the student-centered engineering education. Guided by the concept of engineering education, strengthening the construction of specialty courses can help improve the quality of talent training.

Rapid detection of sulphonamide antibiotic contamination in the environment is important for water environment monitoring and management. To fabricate carbon quantum dots based fluorescent molecularly imprinted sensor（CQDs-MIP） with specific recognition ability for sulfamethazine, nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and sulfamethazine were used as the fluorescence source, functional monomer, cross-linker and template molecule respectively. The effects of functional monomer addition, solvent type and cross-linker type on the performance of CQDs-MIP were investigated by adsorption experiments. The experimental results showed that the adsorption process of CQDs-MIP on sulfamethazine was in accordance with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model and the second-order kinetic equation, and showed high selectivity for sulfamethazine with the selectivity coefficients of 2.28 and 3.02 with respect to sulfadiazine and sulfadimethazine, respectively. The linear range of CQDs-MIP for sulfamethazine was 2~100 mg·L^-1 with a linear correlation coefficient of R² = 0.9972; CQDs-MIP has the ability to detect sulfamethazine rapidly and sensitively.

In this paper, the consensus of time-delay multi-agent systems with leaders under disturbance of eventtriggered impulses is studied. Assuming that the impulse satisfies certain trigger rules, the consensus of time-delay multi-agent systems with leaders is studied by using Lyapunov stability theory and time-delay system stability analysis method, and the sufficient conditions for the consensus of multi-agent systems are obtained.

With the development of cloud computing, Internet of things and big data technology, the cache technology has been introduced into the modern Web system because of the huge amount of data and high concurrency, which reduces the load pressure on the server end caused by the direct access to the relational database, improves the response efficiency of the database server and reduces the delay of the browser. Redis is widely used in modern Web systems because of its high-performance distributed memory cache technology. This paper will analyze the reasons for the high performance of Redis through the experimental data, and put forward corresponding strategies for Redis performance optimization from different angles based on experimental data, so as to better improve Redis user experience.

For any given simple graph G, the question of how to judge whether it has some structural properties has been explored by graph theory scholars. Because the spectrum of a graph can well reflect the structural properties of a graph and is easy for calculation, in recent years, many scholars have used the spectrum theory to study the related properties of a graph. In this paper, we first find the stability of the corresponding structural properties of graphs, then construct the corresponding closures of graphs; finally, by using the method of reductio ad absurdum, according to the signless Laplacian spectral radius of its complement, graph G with larger minimum degrees is the sufficient condition for s-connected, s-edge-connected, s-path-coverable, s-Hamiltonian, s-edge-Hamiltonian, s-Hamilton-connected or α（G）≤s.

In the past 20 years, the proportion of serious crimes and violent crimes in China has been declining year after year. Starting in 2020, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate has promoted the concept of "fewer arrests, prosecutions and detentions", which has brought a significant decline in arrest and prosecution rates. In many cases where public prosecutions were finally filed, arrest measures were no longer applicable. Compared with prosecution cases, the nature of minor injury cases that are not prosecuted in the end is mostly milder, but the arrest rate is still relatively high. To further reduce the arrest rate, we need to start with such misdemeanor cases and abandon the concepts of "arrest upon conviction" and "prosecution upon conviction". Based on the analysis of 207 non-prosecution decisions for the crime of intentional injury, it is concluded that factors such as guilty plea, compensation, and victim’s understanding have a significant impact on the applicability of arrest measures, but the rationality of overemphasis on the influence of such compensation factors on arrest is questionable. We should increase the intensity of "fewer arrests" in guilty plea cases, timely change compulsory measures, rationally treat compensation factors, and eliminate misunderstanding of arrest requirements to achieve the implementation and improvement of the "fewer arrests, prosecutions and detentions" criminal justice policy.

The sequence of dependent random variables has been widely studied by scholars since its emergence, and the regression model plays an important role in practical application. Studying the consistency of the estimation of lower semiparametric regression model under the NSD (negatively superadditive dependent) dependent random variables sequence not only expands the application of the properties of dependent random variables, but also enriches the estimation theory of semiparametric regression mode. In this paper, the consistency of the estimation of the lower semi parametric regression model of NSD random variable sequence is obtained by using the tail cut technique of random variables and the properties of NSD random variables.

By using the research methods of literature review and field interview, this paper deeply analyzes the physical education internship under the accreditation of teacher-training majors in colleges and universities in China. By combining the development orientation of teacher-training majors, based on the development characteristics of physical education majors, and aiming at the actual dilemmas existing in physical education internship, such as ineffectiveness of internship links, lack of standardization of practice and study links, unclear training objectives, and lack of reasonable and effective quality monitoring and evaluation system, this paper proposes to optimize the development strategy of physical education internship under the accreditation of teacher-training majors, pay attention to the close connection between all links of education internship and the integration of theory and practice, ensure the effective development of education internship, strengthen the quality monitoring and evaluation system of education internship, establish a multi-faceted cooperation system, and jointly help improve education internship. The study aims provide reference for the reform of physical education internship under the accreditation of teachertraining majors.

"[K??]" question is a sentence pattern commonly used to express doubt in Chaohu dialect. "[K??]" questions in Chaohu dialect can be divided into three categories: "[K??]VP", "[K??] 是 NP" and "[K??] 是 VP". "[K??]" questions can also express different tenses by co-occurrence with different tense and aspect auxiliary words. As for the nature of "[K??]" questions, we conclude that, "[K??]VP" sentence pattern in Chaohu dialect has a double corresponding relationship with neutral repeated questions and neutral yes or no questions in Putonghua. "[K??]是NP" has a corresponding relationship with neutral repeated questions in Putonghua; "[K??]是 VP" has a double corresponding relationship with tendency repeated questions and "是不是"(yes or no)questions in Putonghua.

Through combing the quotation and evaluation of Mao Shi Chuan Jian Tong Shi by the academic works in late Qing Dynasty, it is found that Ma Ruichen’s interpretation of characters by borrowing method not only was the inheritance of Qianlong and Jiaqing academic heritage, but also left scholars in late Qing dynasty with sufficient academic references. He proved Maoshi with three versions of Book of Songs, which laid a solid foundation for the scholars’ research on three versions of Book of Songs in the late Qing Dynasty. However, scholars in late Qing Dynasty did not pay enough attention to Ma Ruichen in their studies of Book of Songs. This paper analyzes the quotation and evaluation of Mao Shi Chuan Jian Tong Shi in the academic works of late Qing Dynasty, and discusses Ma Ruichen’s influence on the study of Book of Songs in late Qing Dynasty, so as to present a comprehensive understanding of the academic value of Ma’s Tong Shi in the history of studies on Book of Songs in Qing Dynasty, and supplement the academic research in this aspect.

A Brief History of the Development of Chinese New Year Pictures by A'ying, is the earliest work to discuss the history of New Year folk pictures. The study of New Year pictures by A'ying signifies that it became an independent research category of folk art, which not only fills to a certain extent the blank in the research field of woodcut prints started by Zheng Zhenduo, but also opens a new research path for later generations. So his study has the significance of unveiling the research on New Year pictures. However, it is undeniable that the study also has some shortcomings: the research scope is not comprehensive enough; the conclusion of the study on the origin of New Year pictures is unclear; and the whole study is relatively sketchy. However, A'ying's exploration of the folk art of New Year pictures, and his inspiring judgment and valuable textual research are still of great practical significance today.

Aiming at the situation that label distribution learning involves the feature correlation information of samples, and data may have abnormal and noise values, a model is established by combining the self-representation properties of samples and correlation between sample and label, and a label distribution learning algorithm (LRNSR-LDL) based on joint linear reconstruction and non-negative sparse representation is proposed. Firstly, the self-representation attribute of features is used to establish the linear relationship between the sample feature spaces, and obtain the feature similarity space after linear reconstruction; Then, using the correlation between feature and label, the label distribution is represented by the feature similarity space through non-negative sparse matrix decomposition, and optimization model is established with the loss function respectively; Finally, the l_2,1-norm constraint is introduced to reduce the adverse effects of outliers and increase the model's generalization ability. The proposed algorithm is compared with three existing label distribution learning algorithms on six real data sets, and five similarity and distance indices are respectively used for evaluation. The final experimental results show that the proposed LRNSR-LDL algorithm has its advantages.

Strengthening public sports services for the elderly in rural areas is an important step in the new era of China's national fitness program to achieve the healthy China strategy. The primary task is to establish a scientific, systematic, reasonable and effective evaluation index system of public service governance for the elderly in rural areas, so as to guide the construction of public service for the elderly in rural areas and improve the validity of public service governance. According to the scientific, systematic and rational principles for indicators selection and system construction, taking WSR-AHP model as the structural framework, the evaluation index system is constructed mainly through literature method, Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistical analysis. Finally, the evaluation index system consisting of 3 first-level indexes, 9 second-level indexes and 46 third-level indexes is established after multiple revisions and tests. The evaluation indexes established in this paper can basically reflect the various factors of sports public service governance for the elderly in rural areas, and provide reference for China's sports public service governance, rural sports construction, and the elderly sports public service supply direction selection.

Improving water resources utilization efficiency is of great significance to regional economic development. Based on the panel data of Anhui Province from 2011 to 2020, this paper uses Malmquist index and Tobit regression model to study the temporal and spatial differentiation and influencing factors of water resources utilization efficiency in Anhui Province. The results show that: the overall water resources utilization efficiency of Anhui Province showed a fluctuating downward trend from 2011 to 2020, from 0.939 in 2011 to 0.869 in 2020. The water resources utilization efficiency of Hefei, Huaibei, Bozhou, Suzhou and Huangshan was higher, while that of Huainan, Maanshan, Xuancheng and Chizhou was lower; The total factor productivity index of Anhui Province from 2011 to 2020 is 0.989, and the total factor productivity index of Hefei, Huaibei, Maanshan, Wuhu, Tongling, Anqing and Huangshan is greater than 1, with obvious technological progress; The increase of per capita GDP, the proportion of primary industry, and the proportion of agricultural water use, play a positive role in promoting the efficiency of water resources utilization, while the increase of per capita water consumption will hinder the improvement of water resources utilization efficiency. The results of this study can provide reference for government departments to formulate relevant policies.

By comparing the topological characteristics of various DC/DC converters, an isolated bidirectio nal bridge DC/DC converter （BDC） with high power supply and transformer utilization and high power d ensity is selected; in order to improve the voltage gain and energy transmission efficiency, the resonant t ype is improved. BDC; in order to achieve consistent bidirectional operating characteristics and soft switc hing function, it is further improved to CLLC resonant BDC; in order to achieve constant voltage gain a nd transmission efficiency under frequency offset, a frequency tracking CLLC resonant BDC is finally de signed. The simulation results show that the frequency-tracking CLLC resonant BDC designed in this pap er can maintain high voltage gain and energy transmission efficiency under a large frequency range offset, no matter it is forward transmission or reverse transmission, and the bidirectional transmission characteris tics are basically Consistent.
