Based on the analysis of the basic principles of administrative law, it is found that the crux of the dispute lies in the imperfection of the legal system of emergency state, the lack of supervision of the normative documents of administrative emergency and the judicial incoordination in the regulation of administrative emergency power. These disputes can be resolved by improving the legal system of emergency, giving full play to the supervision role of the constitutional review system and clarifying the standards of judicial review after the event.

Through the analysis of reasons for rewriting and the phenomenon of improper entertainment-ori- ented rewriting in the Chinese version, this paper provides some reference for entertainment-oriented rewriting on the subtitles translation, aiming to promote film translation from English to Chinese.

A gesture testing platform is built and corresponding data is tested. The results show that the designed gesture recognition device can train and distinguish gestures and complete the requirements of the question.

Through a comprehensive study of the literature on Fan Zeng, it is found that Fan Zeng is a tyaical figure with rich connotations of ancient Chinese culture. It can become an important cultural resource for Chaohu City in inheriting the characteristic regional culture, carrying forward the traditional spirit, and building a good city image. It is a rational choice for Chaohu City to develop cultural tourism, enhance the city image and boost the local economy by taking Fan Zeng cultural resources as the main body, integrating all the cultural resources of Chu and Han in the city, and building a Fan Zeng cultural park with rich content, diverse functions, reasonable layout and obvious characteristics. At the same time, it can also promote people's commemoration of Fan Zeng, and carry forward his traits of patriotism, homesickness, loyalty, integrity and tenacity. The construction of Fan Zeng Cultural Park should reflect the background of Chu and Han culture, and always bear the theme connotation of Fan Zeng Culture. The academic world has been utilizing modern western semiotics to interpret art for a long time, mainly focusing on art history and art criticism as well as ontology research of Western painting. There are only a few interpretations and researches on traditional Chinese painting. As a painting geezer in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, Chen Hongshou has left a large number of figures, flowers and birds, and landscape paintings for the world. His works are of a unique style and enjoy a high reputation in the history of Chinese and foreign art. To some extent, his painting works have many similarities with the theory of "three Symbols and three Terms" (icon, index, symbol, representamen, interpretant, object) put forward by American semiotician Pierce. Based on Pierce's semiotics, this paper makes an in-depth analysis and interpretation of Chen Hongshou's paintings from the aspects of similar function, indicative function and stipulation function, in order to help us understand Chen Hongshou's painting language from a new perspective and better interpret the schema connotation of Chinese painting represented by Chen Hongshou.

In this study, acicular goethite FeOOH was prepared via a surfactant-assisted hydrothermal method,and the phase composition and morphology of the FeOOH specimens were studied by means of XRD, SEM and TEM. The effects of hydrothermal temperature, hydrothermal time and different surfactants on the structure and the purity of FeOOH specimens were investigated systematically. It was found that only the Fe2O3 phase but no FeOOH phase can be found in the specimen if not using the addition of any surfactant. The best experimental conditions for the high-purity, high-crystallization and uniform -FeOOH are that the CTAB   cetyltrimethylammonium bromide of 0.2 g or 0.3 g was used as the surfactant, and the temperature conditions were at 180 reaction 2 h.

Bletilla striata polysaccharide has many applications and development prospects in medicine and food science. In this experiment, the polysaccharides from Bletilla striata were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method. The single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to find the best conditions and then identified its structure. The traditional water extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method were used to compare antioxidant activity of Bletilla striata polysaccharide. According to the data, the optimal extraction process conditions were obtained: the ultrasonic power was 400 W, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:35 g/mL, and the ultrasonic time was 50 min. The yield of the polysaccharide was 8.18% + 0.04% under this condition. The scavenging rate of DPPH?and?OH of Bletilla striata polysaccharide by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method was higher than
by traditional water extraction method. The polysaccharides obtained by the two extraction methods showed no significant difference in ABTS+?clearance rate, and none of them had O2-?clearing ability.

Semantic content and sentence pattern both have priming effects on the scope of the Chinese co-occurrence sentence of universal quantifiers and existential quantifiers, and the priming effect appears to inhibit the opposite interpretation. The comprehension mechanism of co-occurrence sentences of mei and yi reflects the relevant interpretation mechanism of Chinese quantifiers.

Based on the functional equivalence theory, the translation circle at home and abroad has rendered this phenomenon fundamental research. Taking the business document on the website of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as the main example, which contains compound words with bring-down, we find understandi ng and translating accurately the compound words can help deduce the corresponding Chinese words for bring-down. Throug h practical analysis, literal translation cannot resolve the lexical deficiency effectively, whereas transliteration, free translation and substitution can help readers comprehensively understand the meanings of the compound words. Based on translation practice, the amplification with business background can best solve the problem of lexical deficiency.

Abstract:Starting from the current development of Hefei tourism industry, in-depth research was conducted on the policy environment, economic environment and resource environment of Hefei tourism industry development, and the current opportunities for tourism development in Hefei are analyzed. Through questionnaire, interview and other means, this paper finds out the main problems and potential of Hefei tourism service experience. According to the different types of scenic spots, combined with the tourism experience, the service experience upgrading strategy is proposed from the perspectives of constructing a promoted service system, combining with technology upgrading experience and linking with publicizing scenic culture.

Abstract: The Doctrine of the Mean is an important component of Confucianism, a doctrine of thought founded by Confucius. On the one hand, this thought has been inherited and spread, profoundly affecting the Chinese people;on the other hand, it is often misunderstood and even criticized. A close reading of the Analects of Confucius reveals that the Doctrine of "the Mean" is actually the unity of three connotations: doctrine of harmony, doctrine of viability and doctrine of contingency.

With the deepening of housing market reform, the influence of individual factors on living conditions begins to weaken. Based on the CFPS data from 2010 to 2018, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the evolution of China's family housing area inequality from three characteristics: family, head of household and region. It is found that the family size has the highest impact on the housing area inequality, which is gradually accelerated with the reform of the market-oriented process. The social concept of buying a house before marriage and family group housing demand become the main factors to promote the inequality. Moreover, due to the policy influence in the process of market-oriented reform, the influence of the characteristics of individual family and head of household on inequality is gradually reduced, but they are still important factors. With the acceleration of urbanization and the deepening of market-oriented reform, the impact of urban and rural and regional factors on inequality is gradually weakening.

But it also results in a large initial irreversible capacity and a poor capacity retention due to the volume expansion/contraction of Sn during alloying/dealloying reactions with Li+. MWCNTs not only have a higher capacity than graphite, but also they can be used as a support matrix forming novel metal/MWCNT composites which can take advantage of the higher capacity of metals and prevent the problem of pulverization too. In this work, SnO2 /MWCNTs nanocomposites were fabricated by chemical deposition method.SnO2 nanoparticles can be deposited on the outside and inner surfaces of the MWCNTs. It was proved that the content and inner diameter of MWCNTs in the nanocomposite electrodes indeed played a dominant role in improving the reversible capacity and cycling stability of lithium-ion batteries.

With the rapid development of Internet information technology, "web celebrity economy"arises and quietly influences the interaction form and consumption behavior of users. This paper selects four variables of media image, precision marketing, interactive communication and niche circle as the entry point, and uses the structural equation model to empirically analyze the impact of "web celebrity economy" marketing mode on college students' actual consumption behavior. The research shows that the promotion of precision marketing and niche circle will stimulate the actual consumption behavior of college students, while the influence of media image and interactive communication is not significant. Finally, combined with the research conclusions, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the future development of "web celebrity economy" marketing model.

At present, the key to expanding domestic demand is to release the consumption potential of rural residents. Infrastructure is the cornerstone and support of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. In this context, examining the role of transportation infrastructure in boosting rural residents' consumption is of practical significance. Based on the panel data of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province from 2003 to 2018, this paper empirically studies the relationship between transportation infrastructure and per capita consumption expenditure of rural residents. The results show that the acceleration of the transportation infrastructure process can significantly increase the consumption expenditure of rural residents. In the short term, this driving effect is more prominent, and the long-term effect depends on the follow-up of supporting facilities; sub-regional research shows that the impact of transportation infrastructure on rural residents' consumption in backward areas is more obvious. Therefore, further improving the rural transportation infrastructure and breaking the bottlenecks that restrict the sustainable development of rural areas should become the proper meaning of implementing the rural revitalization strategy.
